1.  Position – Biomedical Engineer

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biomedical Engineer at Sudeep International Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will oversee equipment maintenance, manage medical equipment, and conduct preventive maintenance tasks.

2.  Position – Finance Officer

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Finance Assistant with a primary focus on recovery and collections. The role involves regular follow-up with customers to recover outstanding payments, coordinating internally to resolve payment issues, and handling routine banking activities such as cheque deposits and collections. Basic accounting support will be required as a secondary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Recovery & Collections (Primary Focus)

  • Monitor customer accounts and track overdue and pending payments.
  • Actively follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, meetings, and on-site visits to recover outstanding amounts.
  • Communicate payment terms, due dates, and outstanding balances clearly and professionally.
  • Negotiate payment timelines and follow up on commitments made by customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of recovery actions, customer communication, and payment status.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve disputes affecting collections.
  • Escalate long-pending or high-risk accounts to management when necessary.

Banking & Cash Handling

  • Visit banks regularly for cheque deposits, cheque collection, and other routine banking transactions.
  • Follow up on cheque clearance and report any bounced or delayed cheques immediately.
  • Deposit cash and cheques accurately and in a timely manner as per company policy.
  • Maintain proper records and acknowledgements of all bank transactions.

Accounts Receivable & Basic Finance Support

  • Prepare customer statements and receivables aging reports.
  • Ensure receipts are properly recorded and matched against invoices.
  • Assist in invoice issuance and basic reconciliation of accounts receivable.
  • Support reporting related to collections, cash inflow, and outstanding balances.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and tactfully.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Prior experience in recovery, collections, or receivables management preferred.
  • Familiarity with banking procedures, cheque handling, and documentation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business management having good knowledge of , Accounting, Business Administration.
  • Motorbike Driving licence is must for this position.

3.  Position – Sales Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant at Sudeep International Pvt. Ltd. located in Kopundol, Lalitpur. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer service, communication with clients, sales activities and organization of sales materials. They will also be responsible to prepare consignment, despatch and create required documents.

Job Description

  • Make contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Make sales calls and follow-ups.
  • Meet given sales targets and coordinate accordingly.
  • Understand the company’s products (medical equipment) and service offerings and clearly communicate them to existing and prospective clients.
  • Explain to prospective clients, the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
  • Respond to the client's queries regarding the products in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate between company and customers for stock requirements.
  • Ensure payment for goods dispatched to the customers is on time and on a regular basis.
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
  • Responsible to carry out regular follow-up and maintaining relationship with leads/key customers.

4.  Position – Front Desk Receptionist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Sudeep International Pvt. Ltd. in Kopundol, Lalitpur. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills is preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Proficiency in Typing in Nepali and English Language
  • High School degree or higher education level
  • Smart and active having driving licence of motorbike.
  • Priority will be given to experience ladies having good knowledge of administrative role.
